The room was nicely decorated and had a comfy bed. The location was great, within walking distance of the main shopping street and the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The hotel had a library area and a bar, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom had large windows, letting in lots of natural light. The toiletries provided were also of high quality. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food options including hot dishes prepared to order. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the main shopping street and with a beautiful river nearby for a nice Sunday stroll.

This hotel is in a safe neighbourhood, very close to the city centre. The location is convenient, with designer shops on Bahnhofstrasse within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities like TV, hairdryer, and iron provided. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and served with charm. There is also a library room where guests can relax and play games.
The sliding doors to the bathroom can be noisy and lack privacy.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating staff. the room was sparkling clean and had lovely attention to detail with the Kiehl's cosmetics provided. the location was key, close to everything we wanted to explore.
the room was also quite small, which was a bit disappointing.
